  按(an)照金(jin)隅整(zheng)體戰略部署,房地(di)(di)(di)產開發事業部一方(fang)面努力整(zheng)理盤活系統內用地(di)(di)(di)資源(yuan),分(fen)區域制(zhi)定土(tu)地(di)(di)(di)規(gui)劃(hua)利(li)用方(fang)案,以(yi)區域土(tu)地(di)(di)(di)整(zheng)體利(li)用為抓(zhua)手,與(yu)相關政府部門(men)開展(zhan)溝通(tong)(tong)洽談,建(jian)立周(zhou)例會制(zhi)度(du),加(jia)大重點(dian)項目(mu)推(tui)進力度(du)。上半(ban)年召開20次周(zhou)例會溝通(tong)(tong)項目(mu)推(tui)進情況(kuang),積(ji)極(ji)協調項目(mu)推(tui)進中遇到的困難。目(mu)前,昌平南口水機(ji)項目(mu)、房山前景水泥廠項目(mu)、海淀(dian)西三旗雞場(chang)項目(mu)及(ji)海淀(dian)安寧(ning)莊(zhuang)北陶項目(mu)均(jun)不同程度(du)取得階段(duan)性(xing)(xing)進展(zhan)。另一方(fang)面,根據區域分(fen)工明確專(zhuan)人與(yu)各城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)司對(dui)接指導(dao),不斷豐富項目(mu)拓展(zhan)方(fang)式(shi),加(jia)大合(he)作拿地(di)(di)(di)和股(gu)權收購(gou)工作力度(du),建(jian)立多(duo)變量下的動態測算模型,提高現場(chang)決(jue)策效率(lv)。上半(ban)年,累計研(yan)究北京(jing)、蘇州、南京(jing)、杭州、寧(ning)波等城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)41宗(zong)土(tu)地(di)(di)(di),上報35篇可(ke)行性(xing)(xing)研(yan)究報告,通(tong)(tong)過股(gu)份公(gong)(gong)司評審并(bing)參與(yu)競(jing)買22宗(zong),并(bing)在北京(jing)順義天竺(zhu)、寧(ning)波高新區成功競(jing)得3宗(zong)土(tu)地(di)(di)(di)。
