9月20至21日,金(jin)隅集團2022年工會干部(bu)培(pei)訓(xun)班在京成功舉辦(ban),集團黨委(wei)副(fu)書記(ji)、執行董事吳東出席(xi)開班和結(jie)業(ye)儀(yi)式,集團系統內各級工會組(zu)織的(de)800余名工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)主席(xi)、負責人及(ji)專兼職工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)干部參加培(pei)訓。培(pei)訓采(cai)取現場和網絡(luo)視頻會(hui)議相(xiang)結合(he)的形(xing)式召開(kai),旨在進(jin)一步提升工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)干部的政治素養(yang)、業務技能(neng)(neng)、履(lv)職能(neng)(neng)力,著力提升新(xin)時(shi)代工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的整體能(neng)(neng)力和水(shui)平,不(bu)斷(duan)開(kai)創集(ji)團工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的新(xin)局面(mian)。
吳(wu)東作(zuo)開班動員講(jiang)話,介紹(shao)了舉辦干(gan)部培(pei)訓班的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)和意義(yi),并(bing)提出四點(dian)(dian)要(yao)求(qiu):一要(yao)牢固樹立學習意識。工(gong)(gong)會(hui)干(gan)部要(yao)適(shi)應新時代集(ji)團改(gai)革(ge)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),不斷提升自身(shen)專業(ye)(ye)素質(zhi)。各級(ji)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)組織要(yao)找(zhao)準工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)切入(ru)點(dian)(dian)和著力點(dian)(dian),產業(ye)(ye)轉(zhuan)型升級(ji)、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)隊伍結(jie)構變(bian)化給產業(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)帶來了機遇和課題,做好新時代工(gong)(gong)會(hui)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)是時代的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),也是歷(li)史的(de)(de)責任,要(yao)充分發揮(hui)好橋梁紐(niu)帶作(zuo)用,在服務集(ji)團高質(zhi)量發展(zhan)中彰顯更(geng)大作(zuo)為。二要(yao)激發職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創新活(huo)力。要(yao)樹立“人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)要創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)可創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)”的(de)理念(nian),職(zhi)工(gong)是(shi)改革發展的(de)主力軍,在(zai)推動企業技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)發揮著(zhu)重要作用(yong),各級工(gong)會組(zu)織要健全完善(shan)激勵職(zhi)工(gong)大膽創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的(de)機制,推動創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)作在(zai)廣大職(zhi)工(gong)中(zhong)蔚然成(cheng)風(feng)。三要鍛造產業工(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)隊伍。集團現有(you)技(ji)能技(ji)工(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才近2萬(wan)人(ren),作(zuo)為(wei)中(zhong)國機(ji)冶(ye)建(jian)材行(xing)業(ye)產業(ye)工人(ren)隊伍(wu)改革示范單位(wei)和(he)北京(jing)市產業(ye)工人(ren)隊伍(wu)改革試點單位(wei),要(yao)(yao)本著“探索推行(xing)新模式(shi),勇于先行(xing)樹典型,提高(gao)標準當(dang)示范”的(de)原(yuan)則,把產業(ye)工人(ren)隊伍(wu)建(jian)設作(zuo)為(wei)實(shi)施(shi)集團(tuan)高(gao)質量發(fa)展(zhan)、創新驅動(dong)戰略和(he)技能興企、人(ren)才強企的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)支撐和(he)基礎(chu)保障。四(si)要(yao)(yao)勇擔當(dang)善(shan)作(zuo)為(wei)。集團(tuan)工作(zuo)會上(shang)明確要(yao)(yao)求“各級黨(dang)政一(yi)把手要(yao)(yao)注重(zhong)統籌兼顧(gu),站位(wei)要(yao)(yao)高(gao)、做(zuo)事要(yao)(yao)實(shi),當(dang)好‘施(shi)工隊長’”。工會干部(bu)也要(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)擔當(dang)和(he)作(zuo)為(wei),既要(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)氣魄,又要(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)能力(li)。要(yao)(yao)跟職工打成一(yi)片,實(shi)實(shi)在(zai)在(zai)為(wei)職工服務(wu),真(zhen)誠待人(ren),實(shi)在(zai)做(zuo)事,為(wei)集團(tuan)高(gao)質量發(fa)展(zhan)貢獻力(li)量和(he)智(zhi)慧(hui)。
此(ci)次培訓(xun)以落實(shi)(shi)集團(tuan)黨(dang)委對工(gong)會(hui)工(gong)作要(yao)求為出發(fa)點(dian),力求務實(shi)(shi)高(gao)效,兼顧到(dao)形(xing)勢與(yu)政策解讀,理論與(yu)實(shi)(shi)踐分(fen)(fen)析。中國(guo)(guo)機械(xie)冶金建(jian)材(cai)工(gong)會(hui)分(fen)(fen)黨(dang)組(zu)書記、主(zhu)席陳杰(jie)平;中國(guo)(guo)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)企業文化建(jian)設研(yan)究所(suo)副所(suo)長、哈佛(fo)大學(xue)訪問學(xue)者(zhe)喬東;北京中天銀會(hui)計師事務所(suo)副所(suo)長巴哲銳;中國(guo)(guo)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)和工(gong)會(hui)研(yan)究院(yuan)(yuan)研(yan)究員(yuan)吳(wu)亞平分(fen)(fen)別從《充分(fen)(fen)發(fa)揮企業主(zhu)體作用 縱深(shen)推進(jin)產業工(gong)人(ren)隊伍(wu)建設改革》《新(xin)(xin)時代勞(lao)模精(jing)神、勞(lao)動精(jing)神、工(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)神新(xin)(xin)要求與新(xin)(xin)定位》《工(gong)會經費規范化(hua)》《工(gong)會法》等方面(mian)開展(zhan)培(pei)訓。同時把集團首席職工(gong)選樹、創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室管理等作(zuo)(zuo)為課程之一(yi),進(jin)一(yi)步提高(gao)工(gong)會干部(bu)履職業務(wu)能力。
通(tong)過本次培訓,工(gong)會(hui)干(gan)部學習(xi)了(le)新(xin)(xin)理念,積累了(le)新(xin)(xin)經驗,掌(zhang)握了(le)新(xin)(xin)方法,為今(jin)后更好地開展工(gong)會(hui)服務工(gong)作,落實(shi)集團“四個發(fa)展”戰略理念要求,促進(jin)集團實現高質量發(fa)展提供了有力支(zhi)撐,也將(jiang)把學習成果轉化(hua)成更加優異(yi)的成績,迎接黨的二十大勝利召開。
