7月26至28日,集(ji)團2022年(nian)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)(shi)領(ling)(ling)軍人培訓班(ban)在京成功舉(ju)辦,進一步規范(fan)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)(shi)的建設(she)與管理(li),加(jia)強職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的交流與溝(gou)通,充分發揮(hui)勞動模范(fan)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)匠、高(gao)技能(neng)人才等(deng)先進人物在創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)實(shi)踐中的示(shi)范(fan)引領(ling)(ling)和(he)骨干(gan)帶頭作用。集(ji)團黨(dang)委副書記、執行董事(shi)吳東出席開(kai)班(ban)儀式并講話,集(ji)團黨(dang)委常委、副總經(jing)理(li)王肇嘉(jia)出席結業式并授課(ke),集(ji)團系統內各相關單(dan)位工(gong)(gong)(gong)會主席、職工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)(shi)領(ling)(ling)軍人和(he)部分核心(xin)團隊成員等(deng)400余(yu)人參加培訓。
本次培訓(xun)旨在落實集(ji)(ji)團創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作目標任務,做細(xi)科技創新(xin)(xin)(xin)戰略,打造(zao)高質量發(fa)(fa)展新(xin)(xin)(xin)引(yin)擎,發(fa)(fa)揮工(gong)(gong)會組(zu)織(zhi)自身優勢,著力推動高質量職工(gong)(gong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作室(shi)的(de)建設,不斷(duan)增(zeng)強職工(gong)(gong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)活(huo)力,積極構建全員創新(xin)(xin)(xin)體系,將(jiang)職工(gong)(gong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作室(shi)打造(zao)成集(ji)(ji)團科技創新(xin)(xin)(xin)體系的(de)四梁八柱(zhu)的(de)重要組(zu)成部(bu)分。
吳(wu)東在開(kai)班(ban)動員(yuan)講話中對培(pei)訓班(ban)順(shun)利開(kai)班(ban)表示熱烈的(de)祝賀,并提出三點要(yao)求:一是加強(qiang)黨(dang)對創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)的(de)領導(dao)。各單位要(yao)堅(jian)持以黨(dang)建為(wei)(wei)引領,提高(gao)黨(dang)組(zu)(zu)織對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)重視,各級黨(dang)組(zu)(zu)織要(yao)把職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)建設作為(wei)(wei)科技(ji)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)的(de)重要(yao)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)部分。職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作室(shi)的(de)領頭人要(yao)積極主動向集團匯報工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,形成(cheng)“以上(shang)率下(xia),上(shang)下(xia)聯(lian)動(dong),同步(bu)推進”的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)機制(zhi),助(zhu)力集(ji)團(tuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)發展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。二是加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)制(zhi)度體系建設。集(ji)團(tuan)已下(xia)發新(xin)(xin)修訂的《金隅集(ji)團(tuan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)管理辦法》,確定了創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的評(ping)星(xing)定級(ji)和(he)動(dong)態(tai)管理等(deng)方式,進一(yi)步(bu)明確總部各職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能部門、二級(ji)集(ji)團(tuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)、企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)各類主體在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)業務鏈中(zhong)的定位和(he)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)頂層設計和(he)資(zi)源(yuan)統(tong)籌(chou)。各單位要(yao)在(zai)認真落(luo)實(shi)相關工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),結合本單位實(shi)際,研究制(zhi)定本單位創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)管理制(zhi)度,為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)參與創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造有(you)利條件。三是加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)對(dui)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的科技創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)賦(fu)能。我們(men)要(yao)鼓勵職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)敢于創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)、勇于創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin),營造“組(zu)織內協同”文化(hua)(hua)氛圍,加(jia)(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)聯(lian)盟(meng)、聯(lian)合創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)的建設,將創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi)建設、三支人才隊伍建設和(he)精益管理有(you)機結合,著力在(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)速創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)成果轉化(hua)(hua)上(shang)求突(tu)破,最大限度地把技術優勢轉化為(wei)競爭優勢,充分發揮創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室創新(xin)(xin)(xin)實踐、產(chan)生創新(xin)(xin)(xin)成果(guo)、提高企業生產(chan)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用,不斷(duan)提高企業自主創新(xin)(xin)(xin)能力(li)和核(he)心(xin)競(jing)爭力(li)。形成具有金隅特色的(de)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室管(guan)理模式和推廣價值(zhi),助推職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室建設的(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)發展。
本次培訓經過(guo)精心設計,采取(qu)“現場”+“網(wang)絡授(shou)(shou)課”相結合的形式,邀(yao)請全(quan)國勞(lao)動模范郭晉龍(long)、國際創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)方法認證專家張文海等老師進(jin)行授(shou)(shou)課,在培(pei)訓內容(rong)上將提升創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作室(shi)和職工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)效能(neng)(neng)力(li)作為出發點,力(li)求務實與(yu)高效,兼顧(gu)到集團(tuan)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)形勢解讀,創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)理論與(yu)實踐分(fen)析,科技成(cheng)果獎項(xiang)申報、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)方法工(gong)(gong)具應用等內容(rong),為促進(jin)提升職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作室(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)能(neng)(neng)力(li)和建(jian)設(she)水平(ping)起到了(le)積極促進(jin)作用。
王肇嘉在結業(ye)式上對(dui)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作室和職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)創(chuang)新(xin)工(gong)作提出了希望和要求(qiu),并(bing)以授課的形(xing)式對(dui)集(ji)團創(chuang)新(xin)發展(zhan)形(xing)勢,科技創(chuang)新(xin)體系(xi),創(chuang)新(xin)平臺(tai)、成果以及集(ji)團“十(shi)四五(wu)”科(ke)技創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)發展規劃進(jin)行了深(shen)入解讀闡釋,鼓勵大家發揮領(ling)軍(jun)人(ren)“排(pai)頭兵”、“領(ling)頭羊”作(zuo)用(yong),深(shen)化創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工作(zuo)室與集(ji)團科(ke)技創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)的有機結合(he),助力(li)集(ji)團打造創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)發展“新(xin)(xin)高地”。
在培(pei)訓(xun)交流互(hu)動環節,創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)工作(zuo)室領(ling)軍人紛紛表(biao)示培(pei)訓(xun)內容生動豐(feng)富,具(ju)有較(jiao)強的針對性(xing)、實(shi)用性(xing)、操作(zuo)性(xing),專業授(shou)課突出案例分析和實(shi)際操作(zuo),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)方法(fa)別具(ju)特色(se),收(shou)獲(huo)頗豐(feng),工會(hui)組織職工群眾性(xing)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)優勢(shi)突出,充分調動了(le)大家(jia)的主動性(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)造性(xing)。通(tong)過本次(ci)培(pei)訓(xun)學習了(le)新(xin)理(li)念,積累了(le)新(xin)經驗,掌握了(le)新(xin)方法(fa),為今(jin)后更好的開展職工創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)服(fu)務工作(zuo),落實(shi)集(ji)團“四(si)個發展”戰(zhan)略理(li)念要求,促(cu)進集團(tuan)實現高質(zhi)量(liang)發展提供了有力支撐。
