為了(le)(le)確保(bao)工程進度和施(shi)工質量,金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)在副(fu)(fu)中心建(jian)設(she)現(xian)場設(she)立(li)了(le)(le)供(gong)保(bao)辦(ban)公(gong)室。金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)加氣(qi)公(gong)司在金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)供(gong)保(bao)辦(ban)的(de)帶(dai)領(ling)下,多次與(yu)副(fu)(fu)中心指揮(hui)部、北控集團管理公(gong)司及各(ge)施(shi)工方進行(xing)前期接洽,金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)供(gong)保(bao)辦(ban)為金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)加氣(qi)公(gong)司提供(gong)了(le)(le)大量副(fu)(fu)中心建(jian)設(she)的(de)進度情況(kuang),積極組(zu)織(zhi)、協(xie)調金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)加氣(qi)與(yu)施(shi)工各(ge)方的(de)溝通,為金(jin)隅(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)加氣(qi)產品(pin)進駐副(fu)(fu)中心提供(gong)了(le)(le)有力支持。
保(bao)供前(qian)期,公(gong)司組織設(she)計單(dan)位(wei)有關人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)參觀中(zhong)國尊等(deng)實例工(gong)程,耐心解(jie)答設(she)計師提出的疑難問題,讓設(she)計單(dan)位(wei)充(chong)分了(le)解(jie)加氣、信(xin)任加氣,確保(bao)產(chan)品(pin)得到最(zui)佳應用(yong)效果。為保(bao)證及(ji)時生(sheng)產(chan)供貨,公(gong)司工(gong)程技術部(bu)、板材銷(xiao)售部(bu)、北京銷(xiao)售部(bu)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)及(ji)業務人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)與副中(zhong)心多家施工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)保(bao)持密切溝通,配合建(jian)工(gong)集團(tuan)、中(zhong)建(jian)一局(ju)二公(gong)司、建(jian)工(gong)六建(jian)、住(zhu)總集團(tuan)等(deng)單(dan)位(wei)進行(xing)了(le)樣板間產(chan)品(pin)供應,并得到了(le)充(chong)分肯定。

在保供工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中(zhong),營銷(xiao)(xiao)系統各(ge)部(bu)門(men)(men)各(ge)盡其責,加強(qiang)協(xie)調:經營管理部(bu)根據副(fu)中(zhong)心產(chan)品(pin)需(xu)要認真(zhen)做(zuo)(zuo)好與生產(chan)部(bu)門(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)溝通(tong),加強(qiang)運輸管控和托盤(pan)回收(shou);北京(jing)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)部(bu)、板材(cai)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)部(bu)業(ye)(ye)務人(ren)員(yuan)加強(qiang)與副(fu)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)對(dui)接,認真(zhen)做(zuo)(zuo)好溝通(tong)協(xie)調和各(ge)項(xiang)手續(xu)辦理;工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)部(bu)專業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)不厭其煩地做(zuo)(zuo)好板材(cai)的(de)(de)(de)深(shen)化(hua)設計(ji)。在接到行政副(fu)中(zhong)心B3、B4項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)板材(cai)排版工(gong)(gong)(gong)作后(hou),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)部(bu)派出專人(ren)負(fu)責此(ci)項(xiang)目,由于項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)特(te)殊性,所有施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)圖(tu)紙(zhi)都是邊(bian)(bian)深(shen)化(hua)邊(bian)(bian)完善,為了確保工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,技(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)在沒(mei)有拿到準確圖(tu)紙(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下(xia),對(dui)照PDF圖(tu)紙(zhi)在CAD圖(tu)紙(zhi)上選出沒(mei)有更改的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分先(xian)進行排版,讓(rang)車間有訂單(dan)可(ke)(ke)以生產(chan),讓(rang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)有ALC板可(ke)(ke)以安裝。在收(shou)到最新版的(de)(de)(de)CAD圖(tu)紙(zhi)后(hou),需(xu)要將之前的(de)(de)(de)排版內容與新圖(tu)核實,重新統計(ji)訂單(dan)。目前技(ji)術(shu)(shu)人(ren)員(yuan)已(yi)完成(cheng)B3項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)1-3層(ceng)排版和B4項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)全部(bu)排版。
生產(chan)系統(tong)各部門深(shen)入挖潛,加(jia)(jia)班加(jia)(jia)點:公司物資采購部堅持(chi)貨比(bi)三家,多次到原材(cai)料(liao)廠(chang)家進(jin)(jin)行(xing)實地考察調研,并實行(xing)招(zhao)標(biao)采購,確保(bao)原材(cai)料(liao)符(fu)合產(chan)品工藝(yi)要求;技術工藝(yi)管理(li)部對(dui)進(jin)(jin)廠(chang)原材(cai)料(liao)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)認(ren)真的檢(jian)查和把關,根(gen)據原材(cai)料(liao)性能和產(chan)品要求,優化穩(wen)定工藝(yi)配比(bi),加(jia)(jia)強工藝(yi)過程管控;生產(chan)基地和設備部門加(jia)(jia)強維護(hu)巡檢(jian),及(ji)時(shi)發現和解決設備問題(ti),同時(shi),完成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)竇(dou)店一(yi)車間(jian)料(liao)廢漿泵(beng)改(gai)造、唐山模(mo)框改(gai)造等多項技術改(gai)造,大(da)幅提高了(le)生產(chan)效率;竇(dou)店和唐山生產(chan)線均實行(xing)24小時(shi)運轉,全體干(gan)部職工加(jia)(jia)班加(jia)(jia)點,紛紛放棄了(le)休息;為了(le)做到溝通(tong)及(ji)時(shi),生產(chan)系統(tong)、營銷(xiao)系統(tong)、管理(li)系統(tong)分別開通(tong)了(le)微(wei)信群,公司還通(tong)過《金(jin)隅加(jia)(jia)氣(qi)報》、微(wei)信企業號(hao)等途(tu)徑加(jia)(jia)強動員、鼓勁(jing)和保(bao)供(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)果的宣傳,形成(cheng)(cheng)了(le)上下一(yi)心、全力保(bao)供(gong)的濃厚氛圍(wei)。
